Weather in Antigua in early June?

Please help! I am getting married June 2nd in Antigua, and I need to know what the weather will be like! Windy, muggy, rainy, or just really hot? ANY info would be so great. Thanks!

I'm heading down on June 4th - I picked Antigua, among other things, based on how little rain the island generally gets in June. The average temp is low 80's, so you should be OK.

Antigua is wonderful and generally has lovely weather in June, so chances are quite good that your wedding day will be perfect. Where are you getting married? I got married on Antigua a couple of years ago, too, and it was just incredible. Hope your circumstances are just as good.

The humidity is generally tempered by the trade winds, and really the only times i was bothered by the heat there were the times I spent downtown. Humidity gets much worse in August and September. If you have a bedroom with ac or a good ceiling fan you should be fine.

I stayed a Jumby Bay, a private island off the coast of Antigua in June 2003. It rained quite a bit --mostly HUGE thunderstorms over night, so we typically still had good beach weather. I think we may have lost 1 1/2 days to rain the week we were there.

Thanks for your responses! We are staying at the Sandals there. I'm so relieved that it wont be too hot or humid! Thanks again!
