Give it a break Amber, you obvious only took pictures of the worst conditions, as your attitude is of the same ilk. Let's see now, 2 months and still bit*hing.

Kris, weigh the two sets of pictices, Patricia's and Amber's. However, be a wise tourist like Patricia, who saw thru the bull-oney of bashers like Amber, she went and had a great time.

Jane

Let me get this straight. Amber took a vacation that she hated almost 2 months ago. Not only did she hate the vacation, but she took pictures of everything she hated.

What am I missing? I don't know about you, but how many people out there have taken pictures of the things they hate on vacation to have memories of them?

Amber,

I e-mailed you last night that I wanted to see your pictures as well. I am reviewing all the information I can, that I make a wise decision. With one vacation a year, it is important to go to the right place.

Please e-mail me your pictures. Thank you.

Chris

To Chas & Jane. Let me clear some thing up here. This is not a posting board for people looking to bash everyone that says something bad about your favorite little nudist den. This is where people come for advice on places & want HONEST answers. If you do not like what I post, do not read it. Another thing is that it just makes so much sense that I would spend a whole lot of $ just to go to St. Martin to take pics of all the trash & that brown, barren landscape. Yeah, right!

So Amber:

HONEST? Why should we believe you, what do you offer for proof?

What is the forum for then? For you to bash an island if you didn't enjoy your own vacation? Get a life, get over it.
If you visit during a dry spell, of course it will be brown. The island relies on rain to keep it green. Doesn't your lawn go dry during a dry spell? Get in touch with nature once in awhile., it will do you some good.

Then email me the pictures as well. And as for you phoney crap about a nudist den, if I am right it is really only accepted on 2 of the 35 beaches on the island. And at that only part of them. I'm sure you must have been there with your camera the whole time.

So where are the pictures? Email them to me as well, so that I can see what you found so disgusting.

You talk big, but walk small. I don,t believe you have any pictures, you're all smaoke and mirrors. Call my bluff.

Amber:

I had gotten the pictures forwarded to me from someone else, in case you didn't send them. Your pictures do represent the overall landscape of the island; there is no denying that fact. So for other people who haven't been there it does give you a general appearance. Unfortunately, I didn't see any pictures of Marigot taken from Fort Loius or Orient Beach taken from the hilltop, or though the Columbier section of the island included with these.

But I must admit, if your objection is that there are not a lot of trees, then just post that as a statement of fact and let people decide for themselves. Nobody will disagree with you. It is unfortunate that the island lost almost all of them during hurricane Luis. I was suprised to see any of them standing the morning after. As for it being brown, it depends on which season you visit the island. Remember, no rain it gets brown just like your lawn. You get rain, things turn green.

I would be the first to post this for you. If somebody is going expecting to see something like Hawaii or Nevis with tropical rain forests; don't go to St. Martin. But if you still want good beaches, nice resorts, good food and good people then go and enjoy. It still has hills and it still has vegitation, it's not a barren moonscape.

Neil:

If Amber doesn't email you a copy of them, email me and I will forward them onto you as I get them sent to me. Remember, keep low and enjoy your view (83 more days to go)!
