no hospital or urgent care clinic. if you think you may need such care i would purchase medevac insurance. if needed they would get you to miami on private transport w/care personel and equipment on board.

also, be aware that if you need to see a physician, you will probably be required to pay the bill in full in cash. insurance can be filed when you get back but it won' be accepted at the time of service. just fyi....

T&C has 2 awesome doctors that I can recommend-
Dr. Menzies and Dr. Bourne. They do all the basics, if there is misfortune on a life-threatening level, they have a helicopter that goes to a hospital in Miami. Dr. Menzies will even make a "house call" in the middle of the night.

Call your home isurance before you go, they may cover you for things that happen on vacations, or at least make recommendations.

It doesn't hurt to have the name and phone # of your primary M.D.or specialist with you.. and if you have heart problems a copy of y our EKG.. but the best advice is BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE.. Oh yes.. I had an accident on a cruise ship and for many reasons remembered the phone # of my orthopedic and I made them call him before I would let them touch me...lol
