Trip To Grand Cayman

Hello 7 of my family members including my self plan on visiting Grand Cayman late July for 5 or 6 nights. We are curious for which hotel or certain area of the island we should stay at. And also any must do’s, we love the beach, water, biking, and just walking around and exploring we also want to try snorkeling. Thank you all responses are appreciated.

We are trying for around 400$ per night for each hotel room. We also would like it to have a pool and be on the beach.

7-mile beach if beach walking, swimming, and restaurants a priority. I believe there are only three hotels on the beach, Marriott, Westin, and Ritz Carlton. Marriott would be the least expensive, but there is little to no beach left in front of it and even then I doubt you’ll fine $400.00 rooms even off season. There are many beachfront 2 – 3 bedroom condos available that would probably fit your budget though (like in the $700 – $800 / night range). 7-Mile beach has some snorkeling, you’d best go elsewhere on the island for better opportunities like Rum Point, Smith Cove, North side, and east end.
