There aren't any boats catering to tourists (much less honeymooners!)
While there are no direct flights you can connect via Antigua on Caribbean Star or Liat. This will be relatively cheap, in the overall scheme of things, but will eat up the better part of a day. There are many islands that combine more easily into one vacation than St Lucia and St Martin do. But if this is what you really want to do, I hope it works well and you have a great time.
Islands that would combine to make a great 2-island vacation include:
Antigua (great beaches) + St Lucia (lush scenery)

Saba (friendly people, great diving) + St Barth (great beaches, French atmosphere)

St Martin (great food and beaches) + Nevis (quiet, laid back atmosphere).

And there are many others. The key is choosing islands that are easy to get to from one other (And so look first at Antigua and St Martin, which are hubs for local airlines) and that offer some degree of contrast (French vs. English, beach vs. rainforest, etc.) so that you will really feel as if you're someplace different.
