Recommendation for 3 bedroom rental on Provo, Turks and Caicos for Dec 2011
Can anyone recommend a 3 bedroom villa rental on Provo, Turks and Caicos for Dec 2011? Grace Bay area sounds like the nicest spot but we are flexible. My price range is $5,500 a week or less.
Thanks,

Grace bay is indeed lovely but there are few options for villa rentals as it is mostly condos.
Coldwellbankertci.com has a vacation rental section that has lots of options
Christmas is almost sold out however.
enjoy your trip, VillaGirl

Do you mean the first 2 weeks of Dec? Your price would be more realistic. After Dec 15 the prices double and triple, as it is peak season. After you give us dates, I can tell you about every villa on the island that will meet your criteria-- I wrote the book! 8-)

while slightly over your desired budget this is an outstanding villa. under 10 min walk to best walkin snorkeling on provo: http://www.bellasurmer.com/
also on grace bay - well just off the beach: http://www.tcsafari.tc/villacamilla.html
you might also look at the houses on sopadilla bay beach. it's on the south side of the island - takes 10- 15 mins to drive over to grace bay. lovely smaller beach, shallow a ways out so good for kids:

half way between sopadilla & taylor bay beach is this house: http://www.tcsafari.tc/villapatricia.html

Check out Pelicans Nest villa, I highly recommend it! Stunning luxurious, and below your price. It's in front of a fairly secluded stretch of Grace Bay, but it sits back enough to be private, yet still has views.
Also check Crystal Sands Villa on Sapadilla Bay, also under your budget, it's 2 stories, for 3 bedrooms you have to rent the whole house, but still under budget. Gorgeous place, upscale, nice.
You can also check out Blue Heaven on Sapadilla Bay. Another gorgeous villa.
On Grace Bay check out aquamarinebeachhouses.com, another grouping of nice villas.
There are more, but this should get you started.

I have stayed in the condo candace12 suggested and it is gorgeous. Perfect spot on Grace Bay, can walk to and from shops and rest. Beautiful pool, great staff. The owners are super and so nice to deal with.
