TCI calls us back---we couldn't resist!

This year we were going to save some money and go to an all inclusive in Mexico and we booked it.

Guess what? We just cancelled and changed our plans to go to Grace Bay again on March 8th. What were we thinking? Ocean Club West has everything we ever could want in a Caribbean Beach Resort. It's not as fancy as some others on Grace Bay, but it fits us perfectly.

Here's my question---any new restaurant recommendations since last March?
Our favorites are:
Coco Bistro
Coyaba
Iguana Steak House
Mango Reef at Royal West Indies
Calico Jacks (for casual burgers,etc.)
Grace Bay Club

FYI - Iguana is closed

We love O'Soleil at The Somerset, Coyaba, Coco Bistro and Mango Reef as well.

Vix is new in Regent Village, good-not great, others seem to love it!

Is O' Soleil the place where Daniel & Nadine suposedly perform?

We went there to see them, they were not there (due to work papers) and the dinner and service was TERRIBLE. We have never been so ignored in 20 years of going to the Caribbean. I hope I'm thinking of the wrong place.

Too bad about Iguana. Sometimes it didn't get real good reviews, but our experience there was great.

What about The Tiki Hut? Do you like it, and what nights are good?

All in all, Grace Bay has some of our favorite dining.

Saltmills Diner! If you take a look at my trip report from last week, you'll see we ate there three times during our vacation. We also liked the Tiki Hut, although mainly for the setting, not the food.

kcapuani----great trip report, made some notes.
We'll have to try Saltmills Diner, and those electric blue margaritas at Tiki sound interesting.
