Transportation from SJU to Sheraton Old San Juan
Does anyone know the cheapest way to get from SJU airport to the Sheraton Old San Juan? How much is a taxi? Or are there shuttle vans available? Thanks for any help.

Taxis are fixed rate from SJU to OSJ. It's around $21 give or take a few bucks, if I recall correctly. They are plentiful at the airport. When you step outside, there is a taxi stand where the main guy will direct you to the next available taxi and give you the rate sheet.

The public bus will be cheapest but it will take you quite some time. You may have to switch buses enroute.
The Sheraton OSJ does not have a shuttle bus to/from the airport.
Your only viable ways are by taxi, private car service or rental car.

I don't think PR allows hotel shuttles. We used a cab. The fee was nominal, around $16.00 IIRC and it took around 20 mins. Once you collect your bags you line up to exit. Be sure you have your luggage claim checks as they check them B4 you exit the airport. The you line up for a cab, tell the agent where you are going and your fee is predertimined. Then line up for the cab. Pretty easy.
