St. Lucia to Puerto Rico
I need some help planning.
Next summer we have a wedding in Puerto Rico. We want to do some beach time/exploring before we head to Puerto Rico, since we will have three weeks, I want to see more than just one island. I am in love with St. Lucia and would like to go there BUT flights from St. Lucia to Puerto Rico are long and have you going back through Miami. Is there any other means of transport that we could consider? Is there a local air service that wouldn't pop up on Kayak? Or, is there a better island where we would have an easier time getting to Puerto Rico? We want uncrowded beaches, nice accommodations, great snorkeling, hiking, and good local food.
I welcome any suggestions!
Best - Laura

Neither Cape Air or Seaborne fly between PR and St,. Lucia but all is not lost. LIAT flies that route. Go here to get fares and flight times: http://book.liat.com/Search.aspx
Other islands easily reached by air on numerous commuter airlines such as Cape Air, Seaborne, Liat, Winair and others include the USVI's, the BVI's, St. Martin, Antigua, St. Kitts, Nevis, Dominica, ad a host of others.
