Wow, these both look beautiful. As they are rather large, how many people will be staying. I would prefer the location of Aurora myself as there are a couple of locations in Chocolate Hole I did not care for, although Seagate did not look as though it was part of this area. They are both near Cruz Bay <BR>which gives you a close proximity to all the beaches, etc.

We have eight people staying at Aurora and eight people at Seagrass Cottage. The only problem with Seagrass is that they have just renovated it and there are no current pictures.
