We are going to Jamaica for the first time in November and would appreciate any tips or advice. <BR>We're staying at the Sandals Inn. If anybody has stayed there and can tell us anything about it that would be great!

Have not been to that Sandals but have been to a few others. I have heard that Sandals inn is a very nice resort more <BR>personable then the other big Sandals. <BR>The staff at all of the resorts are wonderful the staff will get to know you by name by the time you have to leave the resort.I think being it is a smaller resort they will treat you extra special. You will have a wonderful time.

Sandals Inn as you probably know is the smallest in the chain. I've stayed at MoBay 2 x's in the last 2 years & would recommend you use the free shuttle to check out there & the Royal. The Inn is on a public beach and very laid back. Make dinner res. early as they book up. Glad to help with any ?'s if I can.

Carrie - <BR>If you are wanting to save money and take a less expensive vacation and still experience Sandals, then Sandals Inn is the place for you. Otherwise, you will be very disappointed when you see the other 2 Sandals in Mo-Bay. I have been to Sandals 5 times all over Jamaica. The Inn is definitely LOTS diferent than the other ones because it is so small. The pool is just a square by the road rather than 3 pools with swim-up bars, you have to cross the road to get to the beach rather than having it right out your front door, etc. You just need to know what to expect when you get there so that you are not disappointed. <BR> <BR>Hope this helps. <BR>

If you're going to Sandals Inn because you want the Sandals esperience without coughing up serious cash, you can't go wrong. We were there in '99 and really enjoyed the intimate feel of the place. Although saying that, we also enjoyed going to the other two Montego based Sandals resorts. <BR> <BR>We spent a lot of time in the Royal Jamaican. A bus leaves every hour to each of the resorts so you can move freely amongst the three resorts. But we never experienced the same intimate feel as with the Inn in the other two. They were quite overwhelming (lot os guests). The staff were awesome at the Inn, and we met some really fun people (there's a tendancy to be more friendly when there's fewer guests around). Granted the beach is public, and you don't go there, but the Royal Jamaican beach is fab so we would just pack a bag and go off for the day when we wanted a "beach day". Snorkeling from the Inn was much better than the other two nonetheless. <BR> <BR>Good luck with your choice. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. <BR>Catherine. <BR>
