New Years Eve Advice Please

Husband and I will be at Radisson on New Years Eve. Does anyone have any experiences to share about where the festivities are on the island? Are reservations at the hotel restaurant our best bet? We'd love a fun, lively atmosphere with music and dancing.
Please help if you can.thanks!

Radisson at Palm Beach - Aruba. Is there more than one on the island?

No, but there is more than one in the Caribbean. Your original post did not indicate that you were referring to Aruba.

There will be fireworks and music and dance at midnight. In Aruba, a year's end celebration cuts loose. Musicians go house to house at midnight on New Year's Eve serenading everyone with "hope and happiness and Happy New Year to you all". I'd call the hotel to get specifics of what the offer during this gala...maybe other places on the island are better. For example, I leave my hotel in Nassau on New Years and go downtown on Bay Street to see the Junkanoo. Robert

Thanks Robert. The hotel has sent me various menus for there New Years Eve Gala dinner celebrations. We haven't booked anything yet. I'm still hoping someone out in cyber space who's been at Aruba Radisson during NYEve last year can tell me if we should stay there or go to another nearby hotel, casino, whatever for a fun caribbean style celebration. Nassaus Junkanoo sounds wonderful!
