Is that $110 per person per day or $110 for 2 people per day? How many days are you staying?
We are a big fan of AI hotels, and did do an AI plan at the Holiday Inn in Aruba and found that no, it was not worth it, and we only paid $450 total for 2 people for 7 nights. Helped pay for those drinks. The food at the HI was bad and we ended up eating out anyway.
Aruba has so many great resturants and bars that part of the draw there is to go to as many as you can.

The price is $110 per day per person.
Here's the link to the plan...

There are 15 restaurants on the dine around plan.
We are staying for a week, but I was considering the plan for 5 days and leaving 2 open.

So that's $1,100 for 5 days. Do you think that it worth it? Do you think that you will eat and drink that much in 5 days. Personally, I don't think it's worth that and would not spend that much on food and drink in 5 days.
Also look at the AGA Restuarant site:

Most of those resturants have limitations like alcohol or dessert not included. See the remarks on the forums on Trip Advisor. Those packages are highly discourged by the people who have been to Aruba several times.
There are some Islands that an AI plan is worth it and some that are not. Aruba is not the place to go AI, and I stick up for AI destinations on this site all of the time. It's your choice and your money, but to answer your original question, no it's not worth it.

Thanks for your input and the link! We eat well and drink all day (we're on vacation!) so believe it or not for us it may be worth if drinks are expensive! Just asking if anyone else tried it... and got their money's worth.
