Family Friendly Caribbean resorts
Searching for suggestions for December 2022 family trip for 3 generations (5yrs to 75 yrs age); Kid friendly resort, service with major commercial airline a factor; Not heavy drinkers, so prefer alcohol tab to be excluded, but adults do like good food.

{service with major commercial airline a factor} Where are you flying from? What is your closest home international airport?
Any ideas about which island you are most interested in? Do you care about local language or culture (may be English speaking, or Spanish, or French, or Dutch). And what kind of budget generally speaking will help people make some suggestions.
Are you open to the Caribbean coast of Mexico? There are lots of family-friendly all-inclusive places along the 'Mayan Riviera' - Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum, and islands of Isla Mujeres or Cozumel.

It's such a big question with many places that could fit requirements. Mayan Riviera is one of them but many English speaking islands have AI suitable for families, Antigua, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, the Brits go their with their families, then Aruba with a mix of all nationalities and some AI, some not. If you are not looking for AI, the French islands such as St Martin might fit. And not knowing where your home airport is does not help narrow it down.

Wow, I need to give more detail; DEP Norfolk or Richmond VA, so CLT, ATL are logical majors. Thinking that Antigua might be a good choice, but open to other ideas. English speaking capabilities preferred.

Our family really enjoyed The Buccaneer Hotel on St Croix. It is family-oriented, with breakfast included, but not alcohol. There are good restaurants on premises for lunch and dinners. Also, it's a short taxi ride into town.
Service is excellent there. It has been owned by the same family for several generations, and the owner hosts a cocktail party once a week, complete with a walking tour of the grounds if you're interested. Their small sundries shop has things you might have forgotten, and they don't price gouge. Bug spray is included in the rooms, as well. There are complimentary kayaks, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. We took a snorkel trip to Buck Island, and they pick-up/drop-off right at the hotel's dock.
