Not really sure what the weather will be like this summer, but my in-laws just returned from a trip there, and they said it was very windy the entire time. Even the locals said they've never seen it so windy.

We're off to Tobago at the end of April and hadn't
thought about this, does anyone know if it has
made a big difference to the weather in the
Caribbean and in particular Tobago? Thanks Sonia

I returned from spending 8 nights in Jamaica. I arrived on Friday afternoon, March 6 and the weather was perfect. In fact through Tuesday night it was wonderful. It rained all day and night Wednesday and on and off on Thursday and Friday. For March when it is supposed to be in the mid 80's and dry this was a big unwelcome surprise. From what I have heard spring and summer are anybodys guess, but probably wet and cool.
