Yes I have. My BF and I went to Jamaica in Nov 01, and were bored by about the 5th day. We had done everything about 3 times, took a day trip, etc etc. Some of it may have to do with the timing because the resort was almost empty. I would rather do a cruise. I am going to go to an all inclusive in Feb, and hope this time it will be better. Much larger resort, and also better time of year.
