Is this hotel walking distance to downtown Willemstad? If not are there ample taxis or Uber's? Any recommendations on fine dining?

Willemstad is about 3 miles from the Marriott. You’ll have to decide for yourself if that distance is walkable for you. You’ll find plenty of taxi’s available at your resort. If not simply as the resort’s concierge to call one for you.

Curaçao does not have Uber or other ride share services. Taxis or rental cars are your only viable transportation options.

It's quite a walk to town, but it is doable. It's a big road with pavement. But as mentioned before it is easy to get a taxi to bring you to the city. They can bring you straight to the "Koningin Emma Bridge" where you can cross to the Old Town.
