I have used CheapCaribbean.com for the past two years after a friend recommended them to me.
Last year I went to Cabo, and this year to Punta Cana. I booked online. Their website had tons of deals. It was easy to use. I booked the hotel, flight, transportation to the hotel and also insurance. The transportation company that picked me up at the airport was so professional, nice and knowledgeable about the area that I ended up booking a couple of side trips with them. (also they spoke English perfectly).
Everything went very smoothly. We had a great time.
They also have a call center that is based in the U.S.- my friend booked her trip this way, and she said they were great.
We will keep using them for sure.
Hope this helpls

A friend of mine has used it a few times in the past. I personally have never found any "wow" deals on it (unless its for stays during "off season"). I have found that funjet (www.funjet.com) has the best prices for packages.
They also act more like a travel agent so you can split up your payment and make deposits, and they also price match. The best thing to do is compare your prices with a bunch of reputable companies.

I only have had problems with this company. Once they have your money - you are done for. Heaven help you if you need to change anything or cancel. I had to cancel. They hit me with penalties - which I accepted. But the penalties really come into play when you rebook - they are impossible to deal with - they restrict the spend and BE CAREFUL the airline credit requires an additional $175 to book. So you lose $200 per ticket to cancel and then HAVE TO PAY $175 more to rebook. So if your original ticket was $500, you lose $200 and have $300 left. Then to use the $300, you have to pay $175 more and the difference to the next airfare. IN OTHER WORDS _ YOU LOSE ALL YOUR airfare credit and end up paying in to get some of it. WATCH OUT. They are also rude and will not help their customers - they refuse to dialogue about anything. If there was more money at stake, I'd sue them sideways! What a joke. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. TRUST me - there are better deals out there - same or better money.
