Hey jennymarry .When we have been to St.Thomas with our 2 year old baby.We took our baby travel system which includes both car seat and a stroller bought from www.icoobaby.co.uk .We didn't had any problem's in carrying the baby by doing so.I suggest you to take travel system with you.
