Any feedback on Carib Beach Resort? Seems like it's a two star so am a little scared to stay there. Other option is BW Emerald. Thanks

Emerald's definitely better but usually costs quite a bit more.<BR><BR>Carib's OK for a night or two, but I wouldn't want to spend a whole week there.<BR><BR>Both are on the same bay but Emerald's on a better stretch of beach. You'll hear airplanes at both hotels.<BR><BR>I think both have AAA discounts.<BR>

I saw Carib from the outside, which looked okay, but haven't seen the rooms. Other comments I've seen indicate it's on the level of a Motel 6.<BR><BR>Try asking at the forum at www.usvi-on-line.com. You'll probably get a bunch of people telling you to stay at the Crystal Palace, because everybody loves the owner, but it is in town and I'd rather be on Lindbergh Bay.<BR><BR>If you're OK with the price at the Emerald, go for it.<BR><BR><BR>
