Mexico caribbean coast too: El Dorado Royale. The beach was a tad funky: some parts were hard coral instead of soft sand, but the adults only policy made up for it.

I would have to agree with Danielle. Galley Bay is the #1 all inclusive!!!
Food was delicious!! Different variety every night with 2 restaraunts to choose from. Both restaraunts open and directly in front of beach with magnificent views. A variety of tropical drinks with top shelf liquor served by wonderful bartenders. Service A+. It's truly hard to find all these great ammenities in a small hotel. Very romantic, secluded beautiful beach with beautiful views, all from your very own private beach bungalow.
But then again that's of out 4 resorts, Breezes Super Clubs in the Bahamas, Breezes Super Clubs in Jamaica and Coral Hilton Marien in the Dominican Republic. Next place is either LaLuna in Grenada, or Ane Chastanet in St. Lucia. Not all inclusive, but I'm sure the everything else will make up for the lack of over-indulging myself in and all-inclusive resort.

I think Jumby Bay is the best island AI in the Caribbean. I haven't been to Royal Hideaway which many people rave about.

Curtain Bluff would have to be my all time favorite: rooms right on the beach mean you sleep to the sound of waves, food incredible, drinks and wine included too! The beach is wonderful, it's never crowded... and Service there has been the best I've ever encountered anywhere in the Caribbean (or elsewhere for that matter). I remember one time some of the waiters invited my husband and I to go out pub crawling with them in town! We had such a great time. sigh

What is the beach like at the Royal Hideaway. Also, what room would you recommend? Thanks!
