MUCH better than standard hotel fare. The breakfast buffet is always fresh and different, and the outdoor restaurant is great -- they'll bring food to your beach chair even.

I agree with Ted wholeheartedly. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner at the Sunset Grille is unsurpassed. Enjoy a great Happy Hour at Gilligan's!!

Stayed at the Radisson last year and am returning for a week in April. The Sunset Grille is definitely one of the best restaurants in Aruba and the breakfast buffet is great. You won't go wrong at the Radisson.

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson last year on the advice of our travel agent. They spent several million dollars about two years ago in a major upgrade. It was really nice. The rooms have beautiful dark wood. Make sure you stay in the newer side of the property, overlooking the beach. It is a nice beach but not much to see in terms of snorkeling. Make sure you get to the beach early because you have to "reserve" beach chairs; it does get crowded. Two very nice pools. All in all, we had a very nice time at the Radisson and would return. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, although the food in the hotel is good. There is also a little shopping village right across the street with several good restaurants and shops. Aruba is a very safe island and we always have a good time there. Our first stay was at the Marriott, but it is on the far end of the island. The Radisson is a little closer to town. Enjoy your stay!

The restaurants are better than standard hotel fare - The Sunset Grille is expensive but worth it! Gilligans is great for lunch - wonderful outside bar for music/drinks in the evening.

Gilligan's Outdoor Bar & Grill has the best french fries ! And we really enjoyed the happy hours there and the jazz trio is great to listen to, we are sure to be there this April to hang out and it's the best place to catch the sunset too.
