hi there, trying to ask questions of somene who has actually stayed here and yes i have checkerd out Debbie's Dominican site. Anyone - for such a large resort not too many people comment? Please!

I have not personally stayed there but a nurse I work with was there in September on her honeymoon. She said it was hot and beautiful and she had a great time. I did get the impression that if you weren't much into drinking you may have less of a good time. She said there were many restaurants to choose from and they were the way to go rather than the buffets they offer. If you're not shy apparently many women go topless and the guys squeeze into speedos. She said there were many run down resorts but she was happy with her choice.

debbie,<BR><BR>I stayed last Feb. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. <BR>Food was good in all restaurants. The rooms were clean and large. Ask for one down by the water as they are closer to the pool and restaurants. The resort is big and they have a tram that goes around regularly. The beach is one of the nicest I have ever seen. my fiancee and i just came back from there on 2/2/02. very relaxing. great weather, the resort is pretty, beach is beautiful (a little windy), pool is very nice and very large with many areas to sit. food was pretty good - avoid the japanese rest. in the resort. you can email me with specific questions if you like.
