Anguilla Trip Report (6/26-7/3) AND a New Identity
Hi Fodor's friends. This my be may last post as I am frustrated beyond belief. I was locked out of my account that I have had for 13 years and my requests for a new password link, multiple emails (to multiple addresses) and Facebook posts over the last 2 weeks have gone ignored. It should not be this difficult to reach someone. Maybe an administrator will see this. Or if anyone has a phone number to reach an actual person, please let me know!
If you didn't already figure it out, this is Kristen1206. I had to create a new account - and lose all of my history in the process - in order to post. I just wanted to let everyone to know that I can be found on the TA forums.
But more importantly, I wanted to share my blog and photos from my recent wonderful trip to Anguilla. I may or may not see you on here after this depending on if someone contacts me (though more likely this post will just get deleted). Until then..hope you enjoy!

You could try posting on the Help forum. I'm assuming one of the addresses you tried was [email protected]?

Over a month now and no response from anyone at Fodors...posted twice on the help forum, sent a message on Facebook and emailed all possible addresses multiple times.

Sure hope you see this -- Paul O'Brien has just posted to both of your Help threads.
In case she as actually given up -- does anyone know how to contact the OP directly? They are working on her problem. Hope she checks back in.
