Butch Gordon, head of Sandals/Beaches resorts has announced that any guests stranded at the resorts due to lack of airline service will be kept on at NO COST to them until they can get home. So far, as I have read on the web, his company is the only one that has done so in the Caribbean. Just another way to show that Sandals/Beaches is a first class organization and one that truly cares about the guests that choose them for their holidays. Hooray for Butch and hooray for the Sandals family...

I agree with you on that about Sandals. I have had the opportunity work with the Sandals family before moving to the US and I must say that I enjoyed working with MR Butch Stewart. TRUE MEANING TO JAMAICAN (CARIBBEAN) HOSPITALITY. Also, the way in which he turned Air Jamaica around. I flew on Air J a few months ago, and I must say that it gave new meaning to hospitality (coming from an major us based airline/hotel employee). <BR>

Hats off to Sandals and the thousands of other resorts, hotels and villas as well as businesses and relief people that assisted stranded visitors throughout the Caribb and the world! Sandals was not the only one!

Anon, you took the words out of my mouth. To only put Sandals on this high of a pedestal would be wrong. This was going on all over, as it should have been.

Im a Sandals Person 100%. We have been going every yr to his resorts for the past 4 years. Butch will go out of his way to make his guest comfortable at any cost. One time he sent planes in at his own expense to get his guests out because a hurrican was predicted to hit the islands. Id say that thoughtfulness! <BR>Sandals by my expectations is the BEST!!!!

Please list any other all inclusive or even non-all inclusive resorts that comp'd stays. I know that Disney gave 1 day park passes to visitors when they closed their parks early, but haven't heard of resorts comping.
