Theresa, I met a group of 30 travelling from Buffalo
when I was in Aruba in December. We were all
staying at the Holiday Inn on the all-inclusive plan
and had a wonderful time. I would recommend this
resort. It's not the fanciest on Palm Beach but it
is clean and the price is very affordable.

Theresa,

I just returned from Aruba and a lot of people on my flight stayed at the Tamarin and really liked it. It is an all inclusive and I guess they also arrange really great nightly activities as well.

The Holiday Inn is great.. we have stayed there three times and going again this April. There are fancier and more expensive places but the Holiday is clean, the rooms a good size, the beach is beautiful and the pool large. Only ate there twice but it was good. Good choice of affordable program. Harriet

ditto on the Holiday Inn comments - it's nothing fancy and getting a drink at the bar can turn into a long process (hopefully they've updated their 'all-inclusive' system or will have by the time you go), but the rooms are large and clean. And includes all the ice cream you can eat at Scoops out on the beach! Holiday Inn also has the best location on Palm Beach - you can hotel and casino hop from place to place all along the strip and the $2. bus ride (from just outside the hotel) into town is convenient and cheaper than cabs.
You may also want to check on the Americana (which is just a few doors down from the holiday inn) - when we were in Aruba in November we heard that it was going all-inclusive under new ownership - the grounds and hotel are nicer than Holiday Inn so might be a little pricier but compared to bushiri or tamarijn, it would be worth the price because it's on the main beach strip. Have fun.
