Affordable accomodations in Anguilla

Extremely interested in spending a week in Anguilla in March or April 2000. Any suggestions on reasonable (<$200 per night) accomodations - must be very clean, have a pool and be near a great beach. Have looked at La Sirena and Blue Waters online, hard to tell if they are really nice?!? Any help would be appreciated. Tha

I have a lovely 2bd/2ba oceanview villa on Anguilla that's only a 3 minute drive to the Sandy Hill Bay or 7mins to Shoal Bay. It does not have a pool though. The daily rate is $250.00 per night plus 18pc tax Dec. 15 to April 14th 2000. April 15, 2000 to Dec 14, 200 the daly rate is $150.00. If this can work for you, email me.

We have stayed at La Sirena twice. It is very nice and quite reasonable. People are friendly, food is very good, two pools, good beach, clean, and untouched by Lenny. We plan to go back again this year! Unless you speak German, bring lots of reading material, all their paperbacks are in German!!!

Anguilla Great House was really nice when we stayed there. On a beautiful stretch of Rendezvous Bay. Food was good and the people were great.

<BR>We spent ten days last march in anguilla we stayed at a nice place on shoal bay east called elodias under 200. no pool but close to a great beach.we also saw blue waters and it was very nice,no pool but you really dont need one its right on the beach.both places were clean but not sure how much hurricane damage blue waters suffered but elodias is o k. you might want to check out Allamandas it was nice and has a small pool. stay away from the fountain beach hotel that place is a dump.

HIghly recommend Harbour Lights in Island Harbour, Anguilla. Rates around $100/night. No pool, but you are right on the beach. Owned by a great family, and personal touches make this a really good place to stay!
