There is a conch salad "stand" in Marsh Harbour right across the street from Sapodilly's and next to Snappas.

Abaco Peach; I ate a nice conch salad from that stand across from Sappodily's. Very good tasting! I'm wondering if the lady working at Sapodily's still has ties to the Dolphin Research group down in Hole-in-the-wall. Do you know her name, or if the researchers are still there? I really don't know. I will find out for you in June. We will be stopping by Sapodilly's before we get on the 3:30 ferry. Gotta get my conch fritters and Mango Daiquiri to wash 'em down!!!
