A great tour on St Lucia!!!

My family had the time of our lives with JungleTours in St. Lucia a couple weeks ago. My husband and I are late 40s and we have a 20 and 18 year old. We were there for the day on the Infinity cruise. I reserved with .www.jungletoursstlucia.com/index.htm
I reserved the day with Shal, who came highly recomended. At $70 per person for an 8 hour personal tour it is a steal!
The personality of your tour guide can make all the difference. Shal is a jewel! Personality plus! We didn't just see St. Lucia, we experienced it.
Nothing can compare to tooling down a twisty road standing up in a 4x4 jeep. Tasting rainforest foods picked right off the trees, and spectacular scenery. Shal even got my daughter and I mineral mud near the volcano. We did a whole body mask and washed it off beneath a beautiful waterfall. We were the only people there. The volcano, a delicious lunch buffet- Shal even played soccer on the beach with my kids. I could go on and on.
My family whole heartedly agreed that day was the best vacation day ever.

Wow, that's quite a recommendation. It sounds like you had a great day! Where did your family of four stay? Can you offer any other general island advice? Thanks for the report!

Would this type of tour be recommended for 3 adults and 4 kids, aged 5 to 8?
Where did you stay, and how was it?Did you come across any information concerning the Club St Luci by Splash? (we are looking at it as a possibility)

We were just there on a cruise stop, so I can't help you with accomadations. As for age appropriateness of our tour, I'd email Shal at Jungletours and ask him. I had several questions in the beginning and he was very helpful.

This excursion sounds like just what we're looking for and the website gives good information. Is there anyone else who has used this tour company before that would recommend it and give additional comments? Thanks!
