Which hotel in Niagara Falls please

Please can you give me your suggestion/recommendations for a hotel with uninterrupted panoramic view of the falls? I chose Sheraton on the Falls but there is no availability for the room within my budget - I am travelling alone. Thank you.

Check the Oakes Hotel, Embassy Suites, Fallsview Casino and resort, all are on the cliff over a hundred feet abobe the falls.... lower floors are better so you can be closer to the water....

I third the Embassy Suites Fallsview side. Marriott is right next door so would have the same Falls view.

We just stayed at the Embassy Suites, on the 15th floor, and had views of all three falls. It was not cheap. Check it out though and see if it will work for you. Based on this forum and being there, the Marriott, Sheraton and maybe the upper floors of the Hilton have the best views. If you are at the Embassy Suites or Marriott, the incline is almost right out the back door and takes you to Table Rock where you can do Journey Behind the Falls and Niagara's Fury (both part of the Adventure pass as is the incline and the People Mover). Maid of the Mist is a 15 minute walk or a ride on the People Mover.

We are staying at the Marriott, since the Fallsview Casino is sold out the night I want. A Thurs. night. Weird. I may call them though and see if they have anything.
