Both of the hotels you mentioned are beautiful and both will give you excellent service and a great view. The Skyline Foxhead is right at the base of the falls at the bottom of Clifton Hill which is the centre of the tourist area. <BR>Right outside the hotel, you'll find shops, restaurants, museums, Queen Victoria Park and the Falls itself. But, the Sheraton Fallsview is not that far away either. You should know that there are many hotels in Niagara Falls and the two you asked about are the most expensive ones for sure.
