As many of you know, our 2nd annual Toronto GTG will take place on Sat, August 9.

There are many on Moolyn's list who have not responded.
Those of you that will be attending, please either let Moolyn know, or reply to this post.

I'm hoping dear Katie will be kind enough to provide us with goodies, and I need a head count.

Katie if you are reading this, how about a weekend away in Toronto!!

As previously indicated, my spouse and I will attend.

We will stay at the Hilton -- that $109 rate is very favourable.

I will be there too. I agree the $109 rate at the Hilton was too good to pass up. Nicely located too!

Nfldbeothuk - that is an excellent rate at the Delta Chelsea. Good work! I think we are just seeing the start of the impact of fuel surcharges.

Is the GTG for lunch or dinner?

SallyCanuck, I was planning to be on a plane to Toronto around lunch time, so I sure hope it is dinner!

kodi or moolyn, I think there were a couple of posts about the exact starting time, but did we ever settle on when we're all meeting?

Dinner is fine - naturally, in my busy social life (NOT!) there is something else going on that night. But the GTG comes first.

Uh oh. It has to be dinner for me. I'm going to see either Jersey Boys or Avenue Q that afternoon (can't remember which one -- both are in August).

Hot House, right?

The evening of Saturday, August 9th is correct. I sent out an email last week to people on our list who haven't confirmed yet as I plan to make a tentative booking at the Hot House Cafe this week. It will likely be 6:00 or 6:30, the same as last time. I'll notify the group when arrangements are finalized.
