Jul, Aug or Sep for best Montreal weather
Going to Ottawa, Montreal, & QC for 2 weeks & need to select a date. Which of the following would probably have weather that avoids heat & humidity: 7/14, 7/23, 8/18, 9/22, or 10/13? (Hoping for weather in high 60s and low 70s).
Thanks in advance.

I am generally not bothered by heat and humidity at any time in Montreal or Ottawa. By September you can almost guarantee that it won't be a problem. By October you will be below your ideal range. To see actual data go to:
www.weatheroffice.gc.ca
Select "Historical Weather" and then "...Climate Normals".

9/22
You could have high 70's low 80's at the upper extreme and low 60's high 50's at the bottom, but probably 65-75 would be the high for the day and you have taken humidity right out of the equation by September.
It can be a problem in July / August.

Thanks for replies.
It's humidity that bothers me. I read that this area can be humid until mid-September. (I'm spoiled -used to the great weather we have here in the SF Bay area.) Looks as if I should go for the 9/22 date.
