Ice Hockey Tickets
I would love to see the Leafs play while I'm in Toronto, but I can't find tickets on the web (ticketmaster etc).

Can anyone tell me the best way to obtain tickets for a game? I'll be in town when they play the Devils, Rangers and Panthers.

Thanks,

David
You can pretty much be assured that every Leaf game will be already 'sold out', I still don't know why they didn't build the Air Canada Centre with 30,000 seats! In any case scalpers will have tickets available and you may try the box office at the ACC itself, but you may find only individual seats available.

David, I have no idea (maybe these games are sold out too), but there is a lot more hockey than just the NHL version in Canada. Check out this website:

http://www.canoe.ca/CHL/home.html

If you want to see top-shelf action and crowds that LOVE their hockey, I would highly recommend that take in one or more of these games. You'll see where the NHL is getting a lot of its players. It's a lot cheaper, but it is a lot of fun and level of play is outstanding.

Sorry, every year I try to get hockey tickets for my husband - no way. I usually plan a weekend away to another city when the leafs are playing. This is actually cheaper than the prices the "ticket brokers" charge. I've never tried the scalpers on the street in front of ACC - no guts, no glory, I guess!!

Just returned from Vancouver, my 3rd february trip to canada and always centered around hockey; we have always managed to get tickets but maybe coz it is coming up to playoffs, the games are more popular. We got ours thru ticketmaster or phoning the rink. Hockey is great, we want to move from here in scotland to vancouver!
