YYC is not so bad either!! Still sunny, decently warm and no frost yet!! Lots to be thankful for despite our own national problems!!! Happy Happy Happy Thnksgiving day to you and your. Bookmark this for Nov..all you later thankers!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my wonderful friends up North!
No turkeys out yet in the groceries here in Florida (except for old, frozen solid as a rock birds). Still, we wanted to join in a bit - and since we noticed tons of German tourists on our recent trip to BC (and schnitzel on every menu), we had Jagerschnitzel, mushroom gravy (lots of mushroom hunters seen on trip), sautéed baby beets with their greens (bacon and vinegar), and mashed butternut squash.
We toasted you all, and send our very best wishes!
