My husband and I are coming to Banff April 1-8 for our anniversary. We are staying at the Fairmont Banff. Below is our rough itinerary. Looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner recommendations. We are casual, like good food and drinks - good wine and beer and crafty cocktails! Please let me know your thoughts!

4/1 - Arrive Calgary 11:00pm - spend night in Calgary

4/2 - Yamnuska Wolf Dog Sanctuary
- Wine and Cheese class at Fairmont
Walk into town for dinner

4/3 - Hotel History Tour
Lunch
Johnson Canyon or Tunnel Mountain Hike
Banff Gondola

4/4 - Canmore Nordic Center AM cross country ski lesson, then spend the rest of the day cross country skiing
Dinner at Chophouse 1888

4/5 - Snowy Owl Dog Tour
Lunch in Banff
Tunnel Mountain or Johnson Canyon Hike
Banff Gondola (if we didn't already do - weather and activity dependant)

4/6 - Drive Bow Valley Parkway
Lake Louise snowshoeing - on our own or tour? Haven't decided
Mt. Norquay - Snowtubing
