1000 Islands cruise
Hi
I have seen that there is a variety if options for the 1000 Islands cruises. The most recommended one on the Canadian side is from Gananoque and on the US side there are Uncle Sam Boat Tours and Clayton Island Tours.
I have noticed that US cruises are cheaper and the variety is higher.
Since we will be on both Canadian and US sides, I would appreciate your advice and suggestions which cruise to choose.
Thanks

We're visiting the area soon and so have been looking into this as well. We used destination and time to choose Rockport Cruises for being able to visit Boldt Castle and waterway highlights (millionaire row, the bridge, etc.) in 3.5 hrs.

I have but since we're basing ourselves in Kingston, it will be a farther drive, and we're going on a holiday weekend so there may be significant waits at the border - overall, not worth the hassle as Rockport is right across from Alexandria Bay. I'm interested in going on a little river tour too so the timing works well: 1.5 river views and 2 hours to spend at the Castle. Have a fab trip!
