Trip report - 8 days South Island (NZ)
I will like to share my south island trip report with anyone who is planning for a trip to NZ. This trip was in 2011, but I have just updated most of the informations to the best of my knowledge. I hope it will benefit any future travelers to this amazing country

We love New Zealand so much that we plan to visit again; hopefully this time we will visit the north island?
@ dottyp, you lucky kiwi get to stay in such a beautiful country!
@ Melnq8, yes we were extremely lucky at the Milford sound, no rain.
@ annhig, hope my blog helps you in the planning stage, which is often the hardest.

Hi Styrx,
I enjoyed your trip report. An interesting tidbit was you picking up Dart River Safari trip at approx 50% off from GrabOne. I was wondering if you could make a list of such money saving tips that you have realized in retrospect (for ex: using certain websites for rides, or booking certain things after reaching there or whatever). These tips could save hundreds of dollars.

Hi marcopolo123, as far as I remember for NZ, GrabOne is the best for saving on rides as they post the offer quite regularly. You can also check out Groupon Australia/ NZ and Scoopon to pick up some other deal.
@Songdoc, thank you for liking my trip report style; I am not someone who can write to great length, so would rather post pictures instead!
