Any reason why those hotels? If you want the best site and access then Park Hyatt, Stamford, Renaisance, ANA etc

Louis:
When in Sydney, we stay at The Wentworth. Nicely located, reasonably priced and very accommodating. The staff is at your service.
John

Louis,
I live in rural Australia and have just come home from a three night stay at the Wentworth - the service was good (much better than it has been in the past) and the room was comfortable. The location in the centre of the CBD is excellent. Highly recommend it.
Have also stayed at the Marriott and it is also a nice hotel - but the location is not nearly as good as it is located on the far side of Hyde Park in Sydney, which makes it further from most of the popular sights.
Most Sydney hotels have excellent deals on at the moment.

Thank you very much for the information on Wentworth. The hotel quoted me AUS$ 195 per night including two breakfasts. Base on my research to date, this is a very good deal.

Louis

Louis,
I paid AU$125.00 per night with breakfast - using a special deal they have going at present with American Express - this also included 50% off any meal in their restaurants if you used your card - but I did not need to use this.
So if you have an AMEX Card then I would certainly make use of it.
If not then I think your price is good value and I am sure you will enjoy the hotel.
