Trip report and photos on website

It's been a while since we've got back from our trip to SE Australia but I've just set up a website with various trip reports: www.freewebs.com/smalley.

Sounds like some great trips.

I especially like the "Grand Canyon boat through the telescope" photo. Pretty cool indeed.

Thanks for posting,

Ken

Glad you liked it Ken, one of my favourites too! I didn't see the boat until later, so that was an added bonus. Just like a new planet: water, plants, life...

Hi there Christa, Congrats with your site; enjoyed reading your report and looking at the photo's. As to how to get smaller photo's, you have to "resize" them before uploading them to the website. My photo's are either 480 or 360 pixels high or wide. You can resize with various programs that are meant for editing photo's, for instance Microsoft Photo Editor. You might have that on your PC. Check with Start, Search, For folders or files, Search for files named PHOTOED.EXE, click Search now and see whether it finds it (make sure that the Advanced option 'Search subfolders' is on). Let me know how you get on! If you want any more help but don't want to bore the other Fodorites with the details, feel free to use the email address on my website.
