TIM TAMS

Did you know that Tim Tam or Tim Tams was the name of a horse that won the Kentucky Derby in 1958?

Yes I did know that.

Did you know ?? that Mr Ed was a horse of course and that no body speaks of course to a horse because he is a horse and no one talks to a horse of course unless of course that horse of course is a horse named Mr Ed.

No - but now i can add that to my trivia store. Mr Ed is much more famous.

And Tim Tams are just Penguins in disguise.

John I did not think I was being wittty at the time.

I think it had a little to do with the tail end of a bottle of a 2003 Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon, a classic strong bodied red of great distinction with lots of character.

Which is not the way I would describe my self after consuming the thing.

The statement I made to the little girl who asked the silly question about bank cards was inexcusable.

Believe me John, it is not in my nature under normal conditions to come out with such rude statements.

It was the woman talking about Tim Tams and Mr Ed who is to blame here.
She was the one who got me started.

I offer my most humble apology to any persons I offended here at Fodors while under the influence of that Cab Sav.

By the way John, How’s things in Miami these days ?

Tim Tams look a little like penguin bars but they taste nothing like them. Tim Tams are of much higher quality and are nowhere near as sweet. If I eat 2 penguin bars I feel ill.

Also tim tams are made form Australian chocolate which is much smoother than the stuff we have here and that is used to make a penguin bar.
