stress free yet romantic wedding recommendation?

We are getting married in November. Looking for a stress free wedding, relaxed, but not a "production line" event nor an overtly religious ceremony. We have been to Bali and HK, loved both but life's too short for repeat visits.

We both like watersports & scenary to explore.
Many Thanks

Enzo, What about Fiji or French Polynesia, both of these places are worth visiting and feature wedding ceremonies as part of a package. Peg.

I second the vote for Figi. We visited during spring break this year and loved every moment. We stayed on Kadavu Island at a resort called Dive Kadavu. It only takes 16 guests, very remote, and wonderful owners who cater to your every request or just leave you to your own seclusion and schedule. Scenery is fantastic and diving is spectacular. Many trips available. We loved it!

Without question I would recommend the Matangi Island Resort. Check them out at http:/www.MatangiIsland.com. They are the excluse representatives and lovely people that know that area well. They can deal in other parts of the South Pacific also. I was just down to Matangi Island in May and can vouch for everything. The trouble is that they may be fully booked to August. Fiji is an excellent value for you money. Don't be turned off by the wedding prices as I imagine that they can be reduced if a choir is not brought from another island or if you want a very simple wedding. I wish we were getting married again. We would go there.
