I will be staying at Punyart Homestead outside of Melbourne in February. Can anyone give me information om this sheep shearing station and ranch? Also has anyone been at Hayman since the West Wing renovation? Can you advise as to the difference between the East and West Wing locations? Also looking for upscale, trendy restaurants in Sydney that specialise in modern Australian/fusion cooking that don't require jackets. Thanks for the help.
