oompah!! in melbourne?
Are there any really recommmendable Greek places in Melbourne. Not just the grilled fish, but the fried saganaki, moussaka....garden amosphere? Would love a great Greek place to try--we don't have any really authentic in Boston Mass.

Help me Melbourne people but isn't it Lonsdale St, the greek area in the city centre? On the corner there is a 24 hour cafe, and they have great gyros and souvlaki plus other greek dishes. A few doors away is a marvellous greek pastry shop. No garden though, this is right in the middle of the concrete jungle.

Londsdale St in the city it is for Greek food - it's the heart of the greek restaurant area and you'll be spoilt for choice. Out of the city centre there's also Jims (as mentioned), Remvi in Williamstown and one in Yarraville - but I can't remember it's name!
