.. which are far more plentiful & by many accounts more dangerous than rogue 'roos.

Neil, I've not heard of a doe attacking people or other animals either.

I have heard of a female roo chased into water trying to drown a dog but there were too many dogs. The roo died and the first dog into the water was put down. I think it highly unlikely that the females would attack a human on the ground. they put there effort into intraspecies conflict and raising their social status.
