I do hope you realise that The Pacific Coast Drive is rarely within site of the coast and will be chockers with traffic.
In fact other than for Coffs Harbour, you'll see the coast from near Byron Bay and another glimpse from down near the Hawkesbury river just north of Sydney.
If you're coming a long way to visit Australia, well at least you'll see some cities.

use www.bestflights.com.au to be able to assess on one screen the domestic flight options . I have always found it good and it does gives best price options .
