We are trying to book our honeymoon to Australia & possibly the Fiji Islands.If you've traveled to these places what do you suggest we see & stay. There are so many places to see and we are confused on what we should see. Thank you.

What time of year and what budget?

I highly recommend Cairns, Australia -- wonderful surrounding area -- see the Daintree Rain Forest (we took a Strikie's tour) and Great Barrier Reef. Also go up to Kuranda (take the train at least one way) <BR> <BR>Sydney was also great. Stay in the Rocks (we stayed at Old Sydney Park Royal and had a view of the opera house and the bridge) Rocks is also close to most attractions, restaurants. We bought a Sydney Explorer Pass which included travel on the tourist buses that circle the sites. <BR>

Thank you for responding. We know Australia isn't cheap. We are looking at 2 1/2 weeks in February of 1999. We are prepared to spend approximately $10,000. <BR> If you have any ideas please e-mail us. We greatly appreciate it.

Sabino & Debbie, <BR>Are you coming from the US? If so the $10,000 turns into around $18,000 Oz dollars with the current exchange rate which would give you an excellent holiday within OZ.
