Finding private tours

I will be visiting Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand on a cruise over Christmas/New Years 2007. We are a family group of 14 and prefer to find private shore excursion companies in each port. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

It would help if you'd let us know what ports you're visiting.

Hi MauiJeff!

Sounds like you're on the Mercury, yes?

Private excursions for your group is an excellent idea! You will actually be able to save money doing it this way, and of course, get a better tour for your family than being on a 50 passenger motorcoach!

I don't know if you're planning a pre/post stay along with the cruise or not, but I've been booking those independently for clients for years because the cruise lines' prices are really overinflated.

Now, the really big question is, are you able to get 14 people to agree on the same excursion?!!

Please feel free to contact me as I can help you with this.
