Entertainment Book for New Zealand

I saw a reference to the New Zealand Entertainment book. Can anyone tell me a bit about it? Thank you.

It isn't for NZ - it is different cities - Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch or Hamilton.

See here http://www.entertainmentbook.com.au/home

They are usually sold as fundraisers. I have found it particularly good for eating out (20% off usually). I think you would need to spend quite some time in the city to make it worth your time buying one.

hi there, in my opinion the books are well worth even if you are only in a city for a short time. they cost around $60 and there are two types of vouchers for the restaurants - either one main free with another main or 25% off. there is everything from top class places to 'burger joints'. you would only need to eat at a reasonably nice place twice and the book has paid for itself. there are also quite a few vouchers for touristy things, taxis, hotels etc too.

I found the Entertainment book excellent for hotels in NZ/AUS with 50% off rack rates. Did however travel during June/July. Friend of mine picked one up for us in Auckland and I bought one in Sydney at some religious center downtown. Never was asked for proof of having the book but needed the book to see what hotels were involved. Used the book ocassionally for meals.
