Chuck a wobbley? That sounds suspiciously like "toss my cookies" or "blow lunch".
I just checked the site I gave earlier (NZ site) and it said "pack a wobbley", so guess I screwed it up altogether.

I've just chucked a wobbly because I always though Woop Woop was behind the Black Stump!
Seriously, I think some aboriginal languages form their plurals by repeating the word, thus Wagga Wagga means "place of many crows".
